The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, environment management, and integration support across platforms such as Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle Infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design, Troubleshooting & AdministrationMaintain, monitor, and support PeopleSoft components including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Application Messaging.Support PeopleSoft environments running on Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle Infrastructure.Apply Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant.Install and configure PeopleTools components, including: Integration Broker Interaction Hub Secure Enterprise Search (SES) PeopleSoft Test Framework.Configure Integration Broker Gateway, Services, Service Operations, Queues, Routings, and Application Messaging for integrations.Install new PeopleSoft environments and refresh non-production environments.Technical SupportManage security administration for HR systems and applications.Provide support according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Monitor system performance and services across all PeopleSoft environments.Troubleshoot development and production application issues across multiple platforms.Assist with debugging and tuning batch processing cycles.Maintain and administer Linux and Windows batch server environments.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience with security administration for HR systems and applications5+ years of experience with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher, including: PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, Data Mover, Query, nVision Reports, PeopleSoft Test FrameworkExperience maintaining and supporting PeopleSoft environments and componentsExperience applying Tax Updates using PUM and Change AssistantExperience installing and configuring PeopleTools componentsExperience installing new PeopleSoft environments and refreshing non-production environmentsExperience troubleshooting development and production application issuesExperience administering Linux and Windows batch serversExperience monitoring PeopleSoft system performanceExperience debugging and tuning batch cyclesPreferred SkillsExperience with security administration for access to global HR systems and applicationsExperience monitoring system performance and administration of services for all of the PeopleSoft environmentsExperience assisting with debugging and tuning the batch cycleSunshine Enterprise USA is an "Equal Opportunity Employer—Minorities, Females, Veterans and Disabled Persons"SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
