OCI if possibleSupport 10,000 physiciansBachelor's degree preferredAt least 7 years of experience with PeopleSoft, especially HR/benefits and basic payroll functional knowledgeExperience with Peoplesoft security, setting up role level securityExperience in working relationship with outsourced benefit vendors preferred (interfaces/integrations)Excel and Word; PeopleSoft (administration, system table setup, query and reportingWork closely with the Systems team to identify and implement automated solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency in the administration of benefitsBe able to interpret data and system functionality and apply critical thinking to help business and the department make informed decisionsParticipate in special projects and act in the role of subject matter expert to represent the Benefits department to help identify issues relating or impacting benefitsHave effective planning and organizing to implement program changesLead and coordinate user testing efforts of system changes/enhancements including the creation of test plans and test scenarios for all aspects of the systemsMonitor user testing, raise issues, and work with appropriate parties to ensure testing is completed accurately, and results are documented properly for final sign-off to move change to productionConduct analysis, analyze process flow and recommend streamlined approaches or solutions to implement new policies, procedures or new lawsCollaborate and partner with internal departments, vendors, and TPAs to identify viable solutionsPrimary function for the hire will be to work on business continuity project - running of system on OCI in the event where the organization’s system is compromised and current system is not availableThanks and Regards Rashmeet Singh Sahni Software Technology Inc.
