Peoplesoft Consultant Opportunities

We are looking for PeopleSoft consultants that have Oracle Cloud implementation experience.

This is a PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Implementation. These would start 2-3 weeks after interview. Remote work (possible travel from time to time – but mostly remote). Duration: 1 year+. Client Location: Western New York.

Finance

• Functional Leaders 2-3 positions - Rate: hourly
  • Support 1 existing leader and take on PeopleSoft functional leadership of specific areas with a focus on Oracle Cloud
  • Needs:
    • Align process areas across the organization
    • Lead various business teams for Oracle Cloud process configuration
    • Lead efforts to define test scenarios
    • Lead business needs for testing, documentation, training, data cleansing, data conversion, and reporting working with various project team members
    • Support configuration needs for Oracle Guided Learning
    • Support business needs for integrations and cross-pillar needs
  • Process Area Experience: Payroll, Procurement/Contracts, Budgets, GL/Accounting, Capital Projects & Grants

Human Capital

• Functional Leaders 1-2 positions - Rate: hourly
  • Support and assist 1 existing PeopleSoft leader with a focus on Oracle Cloud
  • Needs: This may be multiple people….
    • Lead efforts to define test scenarios
    • Align process areas across the organization
    • Lead business needs for testing, documentation, training, data cleansing, data conversion, and reporting working with various project team members
    • Support business needs for integrations and cross-pillar needs
    • Support configuration needs for Oracle Guided Learning
  • Process Area Experience: Core HR, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Absence Management, Talent Management, Benefits, Recruitment & Onboarding
• Project Coordinator/Leader 1 position - Rate: hourly
  • Able to lead several Human Capital activities across the organization

Project

• Project Manager 1-2 positions - Rate: hourly
  • Support existing project managers
  • Own follow up for action item activities
  • May lead one or more integration efforts or sub project areas
  • Depending on skills and experiences may help with SharePoint enhancements, Business Analysis work for documentation, or other areas
  • Familiar with MS Project and SharePoint
• Business Analyst 1-2 positions - Rate: hourly
  • Focus on business process documentation (e.g. SOP documents), business workflow diagrams, and possibly support training needs
  • Help analyze situations working toward decisions for action items or schedule needs
