We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME with hands‑on expertise in implementation, upgrades, and end‑user support for a REMOTE long‑term contract . This role requires a strong understanding of HCM modules and the ability to bridge functional requirements with technical execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional upgrades (preferably 8.9 → 9.2)
- Provide functional expertise in one or more modules:
- Core HR / Workforce Administration
- Benefits Administration
- Time & Labor
- Payroll Interfaces
- Talent Acquisition Manager / Candidate Gateway
- FMLA and/or COBRA Administration
- Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, configure systems, and support testing
- Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations and customizations
Qualifications:
- Strong functional PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
- Prior upgrade experience preferred
- Public sector or union-based workforce experience strongly preferred
