Conversions Analyst/DeveloperWork Location: ONSITE - Eden Prairie, MNSummary: As an Analyst/Developer for Conversions, you will be a critical contributor within a team of highly skilled software engineers and analysts focused on converting data out of PeopleSoft HCM and into and out of our Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management software. Working together with this team, our customers, and our partners, you will implement integration solutions to meet critical business objectives.Responsibilities:Serve as a functional expert with technical knowledge performing conversion design, testing, and implementationWork directly with customers, vendors, and other interface owners to perform conversion mapping and design conversionAnalyze legacy code and data to confirm extract and transformation approachesCode extraction and transformation logicEnsure non-functional requirements are incorporated into solutions such as performanceUnderstand functional requirements and business needs and fully incorporate them into high-quality designs and testingSupport functional testing and lead and/or execute mock conversionsAnalyze behind the scenes data using SQL queriesUtilize application of modern software engineering practices to ensure high-quality solution outcomesCreate reusable, shared code whenever possibleQuickly identify defect root causes and drive towards resolutionUses critical thinking mindset to ensure all possible outcomes are accounted for in preventing operational issues (I.e.
