Job Overview
PeopleSoft HCM Analyst located in Madison, WI. 9‑month contract with option for extension. 100% remote work must be performed in the State of WI. Candidates must be residents of Wisconsin at the start of the contract.
Responsibilities
Provide PeopleSoft development and HCM support. Execute PeopleSoft production support and functional enhancements in a PT 8.5x+ environment. Participate in performance tuning, debugging, and Oracle SQL optimization. Maintain HCM modules (TAM, benefits, absence, payroll) and assist with functional and technical change management.
Qualifications
- PeopleSoft Development Experience in PT 8.5x+ environment & 10+ years of experience.
- In‑depth PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 experience & 10+ years of experience.
- Advanced level of Oracle and SQL Knowledge (debugging and performance tuning) & 15+ years of experience.
- Project Lead experience (preferred).
Good to Have Skills
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional experience, specifically TAM, benefits, absence, and payroll.
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 production support experience.
