Peoplesoft Financials Techno-Functional DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Financials Techno-Functional Developer to join our enterprise Engineering team. This role requires over a decade of experience in PeopleSoft development, with a strong focus on the Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical financial applications, supporting both project work and ongoing operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing, and BillingWrite and optimize PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQRs, BI Publisher reports, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker servicesSupport full application development lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentationPerform impact analysis and retrofitting during PeopleTools and FSCM application upgradesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environmentsPartner with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsParticipate in data conversion, integration development, and interface configuration with external systemsEnsure compliance with internal development standards, security policies, and SOX/financial audit requirementsCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation and user training materialsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience, with at least 7 years in FSCM modulesExpertise in PeopleTools 8.
