Role: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Redmond, WA – Onsite
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
- Functional expertise in Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Time & Labor
- Technical development using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Packages, and Integration Broker
- Experience with SQR, BI Publisher, Web Services, and PeopleSoft integrations
- Integrations with Taleo, Benefits Vendors, and third-party systems
- Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database performance tuning experience
- Experience with SFTP/PSFTP, SSH, Cygwin, and PGP encryption/decryption
- Experience with Process Scheduler, AutoSys, and STAT migration
- Full SDLC experience including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Ability to work directly with business users and translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, code review, and 24x7 production support experience
