PeopleSoft Business AnalystLocation - Albany, NY, 12236 Duration Long term Start Date - ASAPJob DescriptionExperience performing business analysis in several of the PeopleSoft modules (NA Payroll, HCM, CRM and FIN).Demonstrated understanding of the interrelationships between modules (PeopleSoft NA Payroll, HCM, CRM and FIN).Experience developing solutions emphasizing use of delivered functionality either to removing existing customizations or to provide solutions to business needs.Experience serving as a functional lead in projects using PeopleSoft in some or all of the phases of business analysis included planning and scoping, analysis and requirements elicitation, solution development, testing, implementation and post production support.Experience serving as a functional lead in a PeopleSoft project in a government setting.2+ years of experience developing functional solutions in areas where the business problem is complex, impacts multiple stakeholders, has significant customer resistance or has significant constraints2+ years of experience developing collaborative solutions and troubleshooting issues between functional and technical teams.7+ years of experience utilizing PeopleSoft Application Designer as a reference tool for functional design, support, and troubleshooting.Mandatory Qualifications7+ of business analysis experience using PeopleSoft including in each of all the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis "A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge {BABOK Guide} "):business analysis planning and monitoringelicitation and collaborationrequirements life cycle managementstrategy analysisrequirements analysis and design definitionsolution evaluation7+ years of experience in reading and creating SQLs.7+ years of experience utilizing an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.4+ years of experience supporting the development of other functional staff.4+ years of experience managing functional resources in a PeopleSoft environment.2+ years of experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies and/or the developed application to other business analysts.
