Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a People Relations Partner to provide hands-on partnership in Employee Relations, investigations, ADA, policy interpretation, and legal compliance.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, People Relations and has no direct reports. You will help managers follow HR policies, coordinate problem resolution, and support proactive engagement initiatives across CEI’s nationwide projects.
