People Ops Generalist (Fully Remote)

• Own payroll, multi-state compliance, benefits, leaves, and HR policies.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, IT, Ops, and managers; report to Head of People.

What You'll Do:

• Run accurate bi-weekly payroll in Gusto and Deel.
• Own tax setup, workers' comp, unemployment, and government notices.
• Support employees with benefits, leaves, accommodations, onboarding, and offboarding.
