People Ops Generalist (Fully Remote)

You will support the full employee lifecycle and HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on compliance and process improvement. You will partner with hiring managers and People Operations team members to ensure smooth onboarding and answer employee questions. You will use AI tools to streamline documentation, research, and reduce manual work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, ideally in a high-growth company. Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment law fundamentals, with experience in HRIS platforms. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Who You Are: Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of HR tasks with minimal oversight. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-first mindset. Strong judgment, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
