Providing hands-on administrative and systems support across the employee lifecycle, the full-time People Operations Specialist, Talent will manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance programs while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate and execute talent acquisition and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientation Maintain and update performance management systems, competency models, and career-path documentation, supporting leaders in goal management and performance reviews Utilize AI tools to streamline recruiting, onboarding, and learning processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR data management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in HR, recruiting, or organizational development A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR or recruiting coordination, with exposure to learning and development Strong fluency with AI tools and eagerness to apply them in People Operations work Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling, and comfort learning new tools quickly Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and maintain attention to detail and deadlines
