Partnering with Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops leadership, the full-time hybrid People Operations Partner will own people strategies for the GTM organization, support leaders in making informed talent decisions, and drive performance management initiatives across multiple regions. Key responsibilities Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies in collaboration with leadership Serve as the primary advisor on organizational and employee matters, coaching leaders to build effective teams Utilize people data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for talent management Required qualifications 7+ years of HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales/GTM environment Experience advising senior leaders in a scaling organization Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational design Familiarity with US multi-state employment law and regional employment regulations Proficiency in people analytics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making
