Owning the People Operations function for the US team, the full-time remote People Operations Partner will manage recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives while collaborating with the global People & Culture team. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience Administer HR operations including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management Support employee engagement and culture initiatives while serving as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a US HR/People Operations generalist role, preferably in a recruitment capacity Working knowledge of US employment law across multiple states Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Gusto or BambooHR Ability to collaborate with global teams across different time zones Strong interpersonal skills and a warm communication style
