Partnering with Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops leadership, the full-time remote People Operations Partner will drive people strategies, support organizational decisions, and enhance team performance across the US, LATAM, and APAC for a growing company. Key responsibilities Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies for GTM leaders and managers Provide guidance on organizational, talent, and employee decisions while supporting complex people matters Utilize people data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for organizational challenges Required qualifications 7+ years of HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales/GTM or commercial client group in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment Experience advising senior leaders in a scaling organization Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational design principles Proficiency in US multi-state employment law and a people operations background Ability to analyze people analytics and dashboards to influence decisions
