Supporting day-to-day operations in a remote setting, the full-time People Generalist will serve as a primary resource for employees and managers on HR policies, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain accurate HRIS records while fostering a positive employee experience. Key responsibilities Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies and everyday questions Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit procedures Maintain accurate employee records and data in the HRIS, ensuring compliance and data integrity Required qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience in a generalist or operations role within a fast-paced company Familiarity with core HR processes such as onboarding, benefits, and performance management Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize and automate workflows Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field Proficient in using HRIS systems and comfortable learning new tools
