People-First Restaurant General Manager

Hi-Pointe Drive-In in St. Louis is seeking a General Manager who can lead a high-energy team, uphold our people-first culture, and deliver flawless food and service.

You’ll be responsible for profitability while developing the team and maintaining a thriving operation. You will hire, train, and coach managers and hourly staff, set sales and quality standards with ownership, manage labor costs and food costs, and ensure safety with the team.
