Alumni Ventures seeks a People Experience Manager to design and lead programs that enhance engagement, performance, and culture across our venture capital teams. In this role, you’ll own the employee lifecycle—onboarding, development, recognition, feedback, and offboarding—building scalable processes for our distributed, tech-enabled workforce. You’ll leverage data from surveys and HR systems to measure experience, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Partnering closely with leaders and HR, you’ll support change management, internal communications, and initiatives that reinforce our entrepreneurial, transparent, and mission-driven culture.
