They serve a diverse group of union clients and are known for their commitment to quality, timeliness, and highly personalized service. The firm is led by its owner, a credentialed pension actuary, along with a senior health consultant who oversees the firm's health plan consulting practice.

This role is entrusted to continually look for opportunities in streamlining workflows, improving documentation, evaluating software solutions, and formalizing procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality across the pension department. This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior role within a growing firm and have meaningful influence over both technical work and operational strategy.This is a hybrid role based with the team in Horsham, PA.
