Pension Benefits Analyst

Supporting the administration of Defined Benefit pension plans, the full-time Benefits Administration Services Analyst II will perform benefit calculations, process participant transactions, and resolve inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform Defined Benefit pension calculations and process participant transactions in accordance with plan provisions Review participant data for accuracy and maintain accurate records in benefit administration systems Research and resolve participant inquiries and plan administration issues, escalating complex matters as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or pension administration Experience with Defined Benefit pension plans strongly preferred Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to interpret plan documents and apply procedures accurately
