To support the Veteran and First Responder program, a Pennsylvania Licensed Therapist will provide remote mental health services, including intensive outpatient programs and individual therapy, while managing a flexible full-time or part-time schedule. Key responsibilities: Facilitate intensive outpatient programs and individual therapy for mental health and substance use disorders Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Collaborate with internal providers to coordinate care and maintain accurate clinical documentation Required qualifications: Current, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAPC, or LMFT Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations Strong background in group facilitation and intensive outpatient settings Familiarity with Pennsylvania behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
