To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Therapist will provide remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, focusing on clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and standard session lengths Manage a consistent caseload while making independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is a plus Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment
