Pennsylvania Licensed Tax Accountant

To support tax operations, the full-time salaried Pennsylvania Licensed Tax Accountant will manage sales & use tax and personal property tax compliance, filing returns, making payments, and performing monthly account reconciliations, with occasional in-person meetings in Norristown, PA. Key responsibilities Maintain Departmental Control Charts and stay current on transactional tax law changes Prepare monthly journal entries and develop improvement strategies for transactional tax processes Support the Tax Manager on ad hoc projects and provide assistance with internal audits Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred At least one year of prior Sales & Use tax experience in a multi-entity, multi-state organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel and Access Public accounting background is a plus
