Pennsylvania Licensed RN Navigator

Providing nursing triage services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed RN Navigator will assess patient acuity levels, deliver health advice over the phone, and ensure continuity of care, all while working remotely with a schedule of 36 hours per week, including rotating weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities: Perform patient assessments via phone, documenting symptoms and relevant history using established protocols Prioritize urgent patient needs and coordinate emergency treatment as necessary Provide education to patients and families, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and compliance Required qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Basic Life Support Certification Experience in ICU or Emergency Department preferred
