To enhance patient care in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Registered Nurse will manage prescription refill services and prior authorization requests, serving as an escalation contact for the Rx Refill team while mentoring and supporting team members. Key responsibilities Processes patient medication refill and prior authorization requests using electronic health records and engagement tools Engages with patients compassionately and collaborates with providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies to address refill and authorization needs Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for team members, addressing complex issues and ensuring adherence to medication refill protocols Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania Minimum three years of recent clinical experience in a pharmacy or related office Experience with patient interactions via telephone is required Proficiency in Epic Cadence is necessary Preferred two years of leadership or management experience
