Providing comprehensive oversight of pharmacy services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Director will manage pharmacy practice, mentor staff, and collaborate on the development of patient care processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Oversee pharmacy practice, medication use processes, and transitions of care for patients Empower and mentor pharmacy leaders and staff to ensure effective patient-centric care Develop and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required); Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (Preferred) Minimum of 7 years of related work experience At least 5 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania Strong mentoring and office administration skills
