To support a growing practice, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pediatric Therapist will provide individual evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and maintain thorough clinical documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, building strong therapeutic relationships Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress Collaborate with other specialty providers and maintain timely clinical documentation and patient records Required qualifications Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting Ability to work during core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
