To support the Population Health Team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Medical Assistant will perform telephonic outreach to patients, facilitate preventive and chronic care services, and assist physicians with various diagnostic procedures, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional in-office work in Center City Philadelphia. Key responsibilities Conduct telephonic outreach to facilitate preventive and chronic care services for patients Assist physicians with examinations and perform diagnostic procedures such as EKGs and venipuncture Manage patient flow and maintain inventory of clinical supplies for smooth office operations Required qualifications Medical Assistant Certification and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience Primary care experience is preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required BLS certification through the American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of hire Experience in a physician office or healthcare setting is preferred
