Managing Workers' Compensation Lost Time and Medical Only claims remotely, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Lost Time Claims Specialist will evaluate claims, determine compensability, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes. Key responsibilities: Evaluate and establish action plans for managing medical and indemnity benefits associated with injury claims Conduct interviews and gather facts to make informed decisions on claim outcomes Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to facilitate timely return-to-work processes Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred Three years of experience in workers' compensation insurance required One valid workers' compensation adjuster license is strongly preferred Experience managing claims in Pennsylvania and knowledge of relevant laws and procedures Ability to manage claims through the litigation process
