Providing clinical leadership for a remote nursing team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Lead TeleCare RN will conduct telephonic assessments, support TeleCare RNs with day-to-day guidance, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care continuity. Key responsibilities Conduct telephonic assessments and evaluate patient-reported symptoms while serving as a clinical resource for complex triage situations Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and workflow support to TeleCare RNs, partnering with leadership on onboarding and performance improvement Monitor call volume trends and contribute to quality initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and overall experience Required qualifications Minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in Cardiology, with preference for Call Center or outpatient nursing experience At least 1 year of telephone triage experience is strongly preferred BSN degree is required Current Pennsylvania RN license or multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required Current provider BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required
