Supporting Pennsylvania residents under the Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly (PACE) Program, the full-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed Community Advocate will establish relationships, conduct comprehensive assessments, and assist clients in accessing necessary resources. Key responsibilities Assists clients in accessing services through comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate assistance and coordinates benefit-related calls and appointments Researches and evaluates benefit options, preparing relevant information and applications for various programs tailored to individual client needs Identifies and resolves complex issues independently using critical thinking and practical problem-solving skills while maintaining accurate documentation Required qualifications High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED 2 years of work experience in customer service or patient care Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
