To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Consultant will perform client assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and collaborate with clients and their families to enhance behavioral outcomes in a hybrid remote setting. Key responsibilities: Conduct client assessments and observe target behaviors to inform treatment plans Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients, families, and service providers Utilize rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed psychologists or psychiatrists Required qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, CRNP, LCSW, LSW, or LBS At least one year of full-time experience providing ABA services BCaBA Certification or other Bachelor's level certification in ABA, or relevant training and experience Minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA for certain licensure holders
