To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Consultant will perform client assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and collaborate with clients aged 2-21, their families, and other service providers in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct client assessments and observe target behaviors to inform treatment strategies Develop and review Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients and families Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals Required qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, CRNP, LCSW, LSW, or LBS At least one year of full-time experience providing ABA services or relevant certification Minimum of 12 credits in ABA or 40 hours of ABA-related training, depending on experience Ability to oversee the provision of ABA services within the scope of practice
