Job Title: Penetration Tester / Security Engineer
Location: Atlanta, Georgia or Greenville, South Carolina or Charlotte, North Carolina.
Duration: Permanent Hire
Job Requirement: This is a hands‑on position, ideal for the engineer who wants to develop/extend his ‘Red Team’ skills. This position will also provide opportunities to work with customers on assessments and remediation exercises in response to or anticipation of real‑world security events.
Essential Functions
Lead and conduct red‑team exercises relating to network/application/wireless penetration tests.
Lead and conduct complex Security assessments, analyze results, develop and present post‑assessment recommendations to clients, plus implement proposed solutions.
Partner with other Senior Engineers to implement, tune and document a wide range of projects.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with key client staff.

Proven leadership as a subject matter expert along with working knowledge of Networking, IP, Voice, Security and/or Data Center technologies.
Solid understanding of Linux, Unix and Windows operating systems.
Responsibilities
Understand real‑world security issues and countermeasures related to networking, firewalls, wireless, data center, cloud, and other solution components. This is not a position for a theory oriented security professional, but rather one for someone who brings a multi‑discipline skillset.
Continue to develop skills and abilities as a penetration tester. We are not looking for a metasploit operator but someone who is an SME in this particular area.
This individual will apply his experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope.
Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems and proposing solutions.

Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
