Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist — Outpatient Rehab

Advocate Health Cabarrus Gateway is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, direct and administer comprehensive PT programs to restore function and prevent disability. Pelvic Floor PT experience preferred.

The role involves planning therapy, documenting progress, and coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with an NC license is required, along with BLS.
