Well aware of Pega guardrails and coding standards and should be able to present the best quality codeHands on experience with PEGA rules, data pages, activities, decisioning, cases types and UI developmentStrong knowledge of BPM concepts, workflows and case lifecycle managementTranslate business requirements into functional PEGA rules, flows and UI componentsIntegrate PEGA with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, Services, queues, MQ and databases. Would be focusing on integration between BenePath and other state owned systems like Mavro, Quadient, AZURE, Move It etc.Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing cyclesCollaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Developers to ensure alignment with overall solution designTroubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring performance and scalability
