Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation.
• Help enable PEGA experts to the next level by mentoring and delivering training sessions.

Qualifications

• Certified LSA.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience implementing PEGA projects.
• Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to engage with customer SME/Architect and understand pain points and project requirements.
• Experience creating functional designs, constructing class hierarchies and object models, and defining test strategies.
• Design and architect PEGA solutions for customer problems.
• Help create road maps for projects.
• Hands‑on consulting mindset.
• Experience with the latest versions of Pega (Infinity 24.x).
• Experience developing applications using Pega Constellation.
• Experience with Pega upgrades.
• Experience migrating Pega applications from on‑prem to cloud (Pega or self‑managed cloud environments) is a plus.
• Leadership of mid‑size to large technical teams.
• Technical leadership across multiple PEGA project implementations.

Compensation

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 per year.
