Pega – Lead System ArchitectDuration: 6 months contract + C2H (Remote)Location: Glendale, AZJob Description:Minimum 10 years of experience in Pega platformCSSA certification is mandatory. CLSA certification is preferred.3+ years of experience in Pega Customer Service frameworkExcellent knowledge on Pega PRPC 7+ features.Strong understanding in Pega rules management, class hierarchy, data model, process flows and UI rules.Strong understanding of Pega reports and BIXStrong understanding in Pega security model with access groups, access roles and external authentication with SAMLStrong understanding Pega Guardrails, coding standards, scalability and reusable aspectsExperience in Pega integration with REST, SOAP services, Email and MQ messagesExperience in Pega Call integrationsExperience in Pega Sales Automation framework on implementation of Leads and Opportunities.Experience in Pega deployment related activities such export, import products, skimming and branch ruleset developmentExperience in Pega performance tuning and optimization tools PAL, Preflight, DB Trace and ProfilerExperience of Pega projects estimation and designExperience in working on Agile projectsExcellent oral and written communication skillsWhat You'll Do:Be a lead technical resource on the Digital Engineering team, building Client's next generation of agent facing web applications.Deliver durable, high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.Provide technical analysis, design, code, and automate in support of program and project deliverables.Participate in design sessions, implementation plans, and resolve technical issues as needed.Deliver clear, pragmatic solutions with applicability to meet immediate business needs.Assist team in achieving high degrees of automation using well established DevOps and Agile practices.Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with Enterprise Architecture and applications and systems are built for uninterrupted availability, meet performance requirements, future extensibility, multiple system integrations, long-term growth and low-maintenance support.Ensure that technical and quality standards are enforced throughout the software development lifecycle.Work close functionally with other teams including Integrations, Policy Administration, Claim Administration, and Product to drive strategic business capabilities.Contribute to code reviews, ensuring appropriate unit test coverage is in place.What You've Done:Excellent knowledge on Pega PRPC 7+ features.Strong understanding in Pega rules management, class hierarchy, data model, process flows and UI rules.Strong understanding of Pega reports and BIX exportsStrong understanding in Pega security model with access groups, access roles and external authentication with SAMLStrong understanding Pega Guardrails, coding standards, scalability and reusable aspectsExperience in Pega integration with REST, SOAP services, Email and MQ messagesExperience in Pega Customer Service framework on implementation of Pega Call and Customer InteractionsExperience in Pega Sales Automation framework on implementation of Leads and Opportunities.Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script and CSSExperience in Pega deployment related activities such export, import products, skimming and branch ruleset developmentExperience in Pega performance tuning and optimization tools PAL, Preflight, DB Trace and ProfilerWhat You'll Need To Succeed:Minimum 10 years of experience in Pega platform4 years of experience in Pega Customer Service frameworkStrong customer relationship, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Outstanding oral, written, presentation and listening communication skills.Effective decision-making skills, even under pressure and while lacking all of the desired information detail.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.CSSA certification is mandatory. CLSA certification is preferred.
