Will use Pega for workflow automation. Looking for Lead level experience capable of hands-on coding with Pega. Team should be able to go to this person for guidance, code review, advice, and advice.
Are in the middle of cloud migration, someone with cloud migration experience would be a plus.Have seen a lot of coordinators who haven’t been hands on coders. Are not looking for a middleman, need to be able to do the coding work, not people who have managed the team.Finance experience isn't a strong consideration, should be from an enterprise level organization.
