Candidates with CSSA / or LSA certification.Experience in Pega Frameworks – CPM, Case Management, Decision Management etcGood command on Web technologies including knowledge on Servlets, JSP, and XML. Should have hands on experience in developing web applications.Comfortable with System Administration and ability to demonstrate PRPC infrastructure installation, setup, and configurationAbility to program a PRPC solution considering the present application scenario and business requirementsExpertise in developing detailed flows and activities for requirements within PRPCAbility to configure business rules in rule-sets within Pega Rules Process Commander softwareAbility to program integrations with external applications and systems using Pega's connectors and integration servicesGood knowledge in programming flows, defining rules, creating classes, developing HTML streams, activities in the PRPC.Experience in building user Interface with Flow Actions, Harness and Section rulesHands-on experience in developing various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and correspondence templates - Experience in client facing roles with technical presales, business development, and Proposal preparationStrong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively interact with senior client executives and business partnersConsulting & Domain Experience:-4 to 6 years Minimum consulting / technical development rolesHands-on development backgroundFinancial Services / Healthcare experience 1-2 year – optional / preferredCRM implementation background - with Pega or other technologies optional / preferred (in Healthcare a plus)QualificationsPega Systems Certifications:-Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA ) – Highly preferredCertified Systems Architect (CSA) - RequiredCertified Methodology Black Belt (CMBB) – Optional / PreferredCertified CPM Architect (CCA) – Optional / PreferredAdditional InformationNote:- This is a Full-Time & Permanent job opportunity for you.
