This role leverages strong Pega platform expertise to build process models, business rules, user interfaces, and marketing campaign functional requirements that meet client needs.You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and user groups to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions while supporting user testing, readiness, and application performance improvements.
The role requires a balance of hands-on configuration, analytical thinking, and high-quality documentation practices.Key responsibilities:Configure Pega applications including process models, business rules, and user interfacesCreate functional requirements for marketing campaigns and related business workflowsAnalyze, design, and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and frameworksSupport customers through user acceptance testing and business readiness activitiesWork on application performance tuning and improvementsDesign and build well-documented, supportable, and extensible Pega componentsMaintain and enhance existing developments built by consultants, partners, and clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business and technical workstreamsHere's what you need:Pega Certification (required) — aligned with internal Pega role expectations (e.g., PCSA or CSSA)Hands-on experience configuring Pega solutions (rules, flows, UI, integrations)Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional designsStrong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and improve application performanceAbility to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholdersStrong communication and documentation skillsNice to have:Experience supporting user readiness, testing cycles, or enterprise deploymentsUnderstanding of Pega solution frameworks and best practicesExposure to marketing automation, campaign management, or customer-journey workflowsBachelor's degree in a related fieldEligibility requirements:Candidates must be a U.S. CitizenEligibility to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance
