To support critical business transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Pega Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, facilitate deployment planning, and coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of Pega-based solutions. Key responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements Create and maintain high-quality business process documentation and deployment-related artifacts Support deployment planning and execution, including cutover activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Required qualifications: 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably with Pega-based projects Strong understanding of Pega applications and business process management concepts Demonstrated experience in deployment planning and cutover coordination Excellent documentation skills for creating comprehensive business and technical artifacts Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments
