Peer Review Manager (Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and recommend suitable reviewers from Academia.edu and external sources.
• Collect and evaluate peer review reports, guiding manuscripts through revisions and editorial decisions.
• Collaborate with Publishing Managers and production providers to prevent delays and uphold ethical norms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in natural or technical sciences plus 2+ years of journal peer-review experience.
• Strong familiarity with HTML, PDF, LaTeX, and XML, as well as MS Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
