- Provide pediatric cardiac anesthesia in a standalone hospital setting transitioning from Tacoma General
- Perform anesthesia for approximately one surgery per day, including support for Cath/EP labs and cardiac imaging procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain documentation standards
- Support the hospital's transition and contribute to quality patient care
- Medical doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with Fellowship trained in Anesthesiology
- Valid state medical license in Washington
- Prior experience in pediatric anesthesia, particularly cardiac anesthesia preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
