Position Details
• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home
• Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
• Call: 1:3 (currently shared with 4 physicians)
• Patient volume: Average patients per day
- Scribe support provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day
• On-site behavioral health and laboratory services
• Full-time, permanent position
• Epic EMR
• 1:1 medical support staff
