- Conduct pediatric patient assessments and provide appropriate management and treatment
- Handle a variety of pediatric ailments, keeping up with a fast-paced clinic schedule
- Utilize EPIC or other EMR systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician
- Active medical license in California
- BLS certification required
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) candidates preferred
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- No on-call duties required
- Opportunity for a locum to perm transition if desired
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in pediatrics
- Ability to manage 25 patient encounters per day effectively
- Familiarity with high no-show rates and ability to adapt scheduling accordingly
