APP - Pediatric Location: Findlay, OH •Full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner opportunity in an outpatient specialty setting in Findlay, Northwest Ohio•Minimum of 2 years of pediatrics experience required•Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians•Average patient volume of 25 patients per day•Shared office phone call with a 1:3 rotation•Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions•Cerner EMR with AI-assisted charting•Located in Findlay, a micropolitan community and the second-largest city in Northwest Ohio•Part of a nonprofit, integrated regional health system serving an eight-county region•Access to Mayo Clinic specialists for physician consultation and second opinions through an established clinical networkCompensation & Benefits•40 hours per week•$120,000-$130,000 base salary, based on experience•200 hours of vacation/CME time•wRVU productivity bonus with no cap•Estimated productivity bonus of $10,000-$20,000+ annually•$3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance•Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance•403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning in Year 2•Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
