Pediatrician

Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatrician to join its well-established and highly respected pediatric department in central Washington. This full-time position offers an immediate patient panel in a busy clinic setting, working alongside a supportive team of three experienced Pediatricians. The role emphasizes providing family-centered pediatric care within a collaborative environment that offers access to multispecialty colleagues and resources.

Compensation

• Competitive first-year salary: $271,741–$293,774 with RVU bonus potential
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available

Shift & Schedule
