Pediatrician

Carilion Clinic is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatricians to join Carilion Children's Pediatric Medicine in Roanoke, VA. This role involves working with medical residents and students in an outpatient setting, focusing on improving child health for patients from birth to 18 years. Practice Info

• Growing medical practice serving pediatric patients across the Southwest Virginia region.
• Offices located in Botetourt County, Roanoke County, Roanoke City, and Franklin County.
• Outpatient practice focused on improving child health and well-being in the community for children birth to 18 years of age.
• Hospital coverage is provided by Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, and Neonatologists at Carilion Children's.
• Pediatric expertise and support available in most subspecialties.
• Modern new office building offering lab and xray services with an experienced clinical staff and support personnel, utilizing EPIC electronic medical records and centralized patient registration and billing.

Responsibilities

• Work with medical residents and students.
• Provide newborn care.
• Conduct well child visits.
• Perform care coordination.
• Handle sick visits.

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $195,750.
• Max Starting Salary: $344,710.
• Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
• Incentive Pay: Productivity Based RVU Compensation Plan & Bonus Incentive.
• Relocation Paid: Allowance.

Requirements

• American Board of Pediatrics Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatricians.
• Meet the requirements of Maintenance of Certification (MOC) with the American Board of Pediatrics.
• Open to visa sponsorship.
